HIV/Aids was brought in the country through Southern Uganda in the year 1979 as a result of the Uganda-Tanzania war that brought Tanzanians to the country and they ended up having sexual affairs with the Civilians. McKats being positive, he is not the only popular Ugandan to have had it.
